What are the compatible models?

You can view it on terminals equipped with the following OS versions.

  • Android Android 2.3 or above (Android 4.x or higher recommended)

Can I use it on a tablet?

Can I watch it on the line of the mobile phone company?

Since a large amount of packet communication is performed when using a telephone line, it may be subject to regulations.
We recommend subscribing to packet flat-rate communication.
Also, please watch with a Wi-Fi connection as much as possible.

Streaming communication over a mobile phone line may result in the use of a large number of packets.

Can I purchase without registering?

How to play / save the purchased work?

Click the "Download" button at the top of the page.
Please perform "Download save" or "Streaming playback" from the displayed list of purchased works.

Is the content the same as the DVD sold?

Where do you download it?

Download works from "List of purchased works".
After purchasing the work, press "Download" to move to the list of purchased works.
You can download as many times as you like within the expiration date.

No matter how many times I try during the download, the download ends at a certain size (about 200MB).

Your provider may have an upper limit on the size of your download file as one of the standard security services.
Please check with your provider, change the settings, and then try downloading.

Cannot play

Please update your video playback player to the latest version and try again.
Other files may be corrupted.

Questions about guest purchases

I would like to delete the guest purchase history for reasons such as sharing.

From the "Procedure for returning guest purchased works" page, enter the guest number to display a list of purchased works that can be downloaded.

The guest number is displayed at the bottom of the Download Center page, so it is recommended that you make a note of it.

To watch the downloaded video

Immediately after downloading, when the notification bar / notification status part is displayed, the file name (V *******. Mp4) downloaded immediately before is displayed. Touch the file name to start playback.

The downloaded file save destination is

It depends on the model, but it is generally saved in the location "/sdcard/download".
To find the save destination, use an app called a file manager and search for the above location.
Touch the found file to start playback.

The download stops halfway.

Are you connected to the internet?
Even Wi-Fi may stop depending on the environment such as the connection location.
Also, please wait until the download is completed without using other apps during the download.
Downloading on a mobile phone line is not recommended.
