Q1. Where can I Download the movie?
After purchase, click on "Downloadable list" and you will be able to download the movie three times before expiration.
Q2. Tried couple of times, download of a file will finish on about after 200MB...
Your downloaded file could be limited due to your provider's security service.
Please set it at more than 200MB and Try to download again.
Q3. I can't download the movie.
Please check the directions below and try again.
1. Please do not do anything on your PC while the movie is downloading.
2. You might need to temporarily turn off your PC security program while downloading movie,
Your PC may not have enough file space (approx x3) to download the movie.

Step 1
Your computer might not have the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player.

Step 2
Disable all antivirus and firewall products such as ZoneAlarm, McAffee Firewall, Norton Internet Security, AVS, Panda, Trend Micro AV, etc.
Step 3
If still having issues, please Rename the DRM Folder.

1. Open "My Computer"
2. Click "Tools", then "Folder Options"
3. From the Folder Options window, click the "View" tab, and select the Show hidden files and folders button
4. Next, uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) box
5. Click "OK"
6. Open "My Computer"
7. Open the C: drive
8. Open the "Documents and Settings" folder
9. Open the "All Users" folder
10. Right-click the DRM folder and select rename
- Microsoft Windows XP and 2000: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM
11. Enter a new name for the folder (i.e. Old_DRM)
12. Restart computer

Q6.I can't play the movie with Windows Media Player 11.
Your version of Windows Media Player 11 might not have the latest security component upgrade. The movie won't run promptly without this upgrade because the computer won't authenticate DRM.
Q7. Can I get reissue License?
Yes, it is possible up to five times.
Q8. Will I be able to see the downloaded file on a different PC?
Unfortunately, you can't browse the file on another PC that does not have a license. You can only browse the file on the PC in which the license was purchased.
If you want to browse the file on another PC, you must purchase a license from that PC.
Q9. Are the files compatible with Mac OS?
Unfortunately, the files are not compatible with Mac OS.
Q10. Can I return a DVD that I purchased?
